Paphos Castle

What an island! - what do you want to do? - well you can probably do it in Cyprus.

There is a huge variety of things to do - and do it in the sun!

The beaches in the west are not the best you will find but the Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Bay Beaches are quite good and both are Blue Flag Beaches.

The apartments at Natasha Court allow you to have a relaxing time if you want - there is a communal pool and all apartments have a private roof terrace where you can just take in the sun in relative peace and quite.

Peyia village is a 10 minute walk up the hill where the gentlemen of the village still sit on chairs outside cafes drinking cyprus coffee in the afternoon.   There are 4 or 5 restaurants and a couple of bars - they are quite good and so can get a bit busy in the summer.

A 5 minute drive away there is the tourist area of Coral Bay, it has quite a number of restaurants where you can choose anything from traditional Cypriot food to Chinese or Indian and a whole host in between.

In Coral Bay you will also find a number of bars which have some form of entertainment most nights, including themed traditional Cypriot nights - and nearly always a bar with Karaoke going on.

Paphos is a major tourist town and the sea front has all the usual restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.   In addition Paphos has some world famous Heritage Sites, a picturesque harbor and castle with a number of harbor front restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Further afield with a car you can explore the countryside, visit some of the small villages or even visit the Troodos Mountain range taking in some of the wine producers and monasteries on the way.

There are lots of sports you can indulge in, water sports on the beach like para gliding or water skiing, bike riding, walking, horse riding, cross country buggy safari's and plenty of places to learn how to dive or dive with if you have the qualifications.

Truly an island for everyone.
